Made famous by the Beatles, the Deauville Beach Resort’s new era begins construction in 2026. Partner development firm Terra commissioned Foster + Partners, Shulman + Associates and ODP Architects for the four-acre site’s dual luxury towers featuring approximately 120 residences as well as a near replica of the original, midcentury-modern hotel including its dramatically arched porte cochère.
