New York developer SHVO brought on some heavy hitters from the worlds of design and hospitality for its long-awaited renovation and expansion of the Raleigh hotel and surrounding sites. Legendary architect Peter Marino will oversee design, while Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will manage the three-acre, oceanfront enclave’s 60-room hotel and newly constructed, 17-story tower with 44 residences.
