Among the burgeoning blocks of new and redeveloped luxury properties known as Billionaire’s Beach, The Raleigh centers on its namesake, legendary Art Deco hotel and baroque pool. Development firm SHVO commissioned architect Peter Marino for its makeover as a Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Miami Beach; a new 17-story, glass tower, and three acres of landscaped grounds dotted with Les Lalanne sculptures. Completion is slated for 2026.
