The Underline, a 10-mile linear park inspired by New York’s High Line, is making progress. The three-phase project that runs beneath Miami Metrorail from the Miami River to Dadeland, completed Phase 1 known has Brickell Backyard, with Phase 2 (SW 13th Street to SW 19th Avenue) due by year’s end. The latter’s amenities include The Hammock Playground, Vizcaya Station Plaza and The Rain Garden.
